Tokens for Progress is a place where people can propose important problems, help decide which ones are worth solving, and put AI to work on them.
We're starting with something simple: donating your unused AI credits before they expire.
Have leftover Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLM usage? Instead of letting it go to waste, put it toward something useful: reproducing scientific papers, finding applications for neglected inventions, improving public datasets, or tackling problems we haven't thought of yet.
The idea is to build a public backlog of worthwhile problems, with clear ways to contribute and check whether the work actually helped.
You don't need a supercomputer or a PhD. You can contribute a problem, your expertise, or just some spare tokens.
The next trillion tokens are going to get spent somewhere. Let's have a say in where they go.
